And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description You willperform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problemsin non-functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturingprocess. Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according tolayout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches ordrawings. Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts, andrebuild manufacturing equipment. May perform equipment modifications asdirected by manufacturing engineers. You will report to the Team Lead,Automation Engineer and work onsite in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 1st,mid-shift role (M-F, 8:00AM - 4:30PM), at the 100-C Manufacturing Linein Milwaukee. A portion of this role's work would be duringnon-production hours focused on maintenance. Your Responsibilities: Usedocumented work instructions and maintenance management software toperform and document semiroutine maintenance tasks. Proficiency with avariety of tools and the ability to read and interpret drawings,diagrams, and manuals. Strong mechanical aptitude with a logicalapproach to troubleshooting, analysis, and problemsolving. Experienceperforming preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical,mechanical, and pneumatic production equipment. Use test and diagnosticequipment to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Capability to movemachinery and fixtures throughout the facility to support productionneeds. Skill in identifying and resolving machine and process issuesrelated to downtime, scrap, and performance. Read and interpret diagramsand prints to diagnose and repair equipment. Competence in maintainingequipment and tools, monitoring spareparts inventory, and recordingmaintenance data in computerbased systems. Demonstrated safety awarenessand attention to detail in all maintenance activities. Respond tointernal customer requests in a timely manner and prioritize repair andmaintenance...
