WhatYou'll Do Set Product Vision: Co-create and review with PM and Sr PM,the vision of the product. Analyze KPI's for measures of success andprovide recommendations to Sr PM Develop Roadmap: Develop and determinecourse of action for roadmap based off of reporting and metrics and workclosely with Sr PM. Analyze KPI's for measures of success GatherRequirements: Understand and evaluate the problem state and work withkey partners on existing approaches to resolve issues Define the product& stakeholder relationship management: Responsible for low complexproducts and product features and analyze and recommend based onmetrics. Strengthen relationships with business partners and knowledgeshare as needed Design Partnership: Partner with design to ensurecohesive future state user visions and experiences are aligned AuthorUser Stories: Translate requirements to technical details to build andvalidate use cases and user stories around a product and communicatethem effectively Data & Customer Research: Inform product decisions withboth qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentationFeature Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog ofuser stories for implementation according to business value or ROIFacilitate ceremonies: Participate in and sometimes facilitate the dailyScrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesWhat You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's Degree 2-4 Years of priorexperience with at least 2 working in a Product Management roleKnowledge Preferred: formal business analyst, engineering or testingexperience, knowledge of the financial services industry, familiar withBI tools, knowledgeable expertise or experience with Scrum FrameworkMust have demonstrated cross functional work in previous experiencealong with strong communication skills, time management, projectmanagement skills, business acumen, and high self-awareness/EQ Previousexperience with research, analysis, and providing recommendations.Ability to translate product requirements into technical requirementsand work in ambiguity and solutioning Ability to analyze and navigatethrough complex problems; exercise judgment based on the analysis ofmultiple sources of information Skills You Have Agile Product Ownership:Conducts the specific activities of Product Owner as part of the agileprocess in product development.
