Sales Manager Mixing (USA) SUMMARY OF POSITION GMM Pfaudler has established a Mixing platform combining our existing Mixion, Mixel and Mixpro brands and the recent acquisition of Semco with an ambition to drive growth through innovation, customer intimacy, and international reach. The Sales Manager Mixing (USA) is a newly developed role reporting to the Senior Sales Director, Americas. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales plan to achieve the Order intake, revenue, and margin goals of the mixing business. As the region grows, we expect the candidate to manage a high-performing sales team, fostering client relationships, managing the distribution network and ensuring alignment between sales strategies and business objectives. The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to drive growth and maintain a competitive position in the market. It is desirable the Candidate has experience in the field of Mixing however this is role is focused on developing and implementing the strategy for original equipment, aftermarket and service. Product and applications support will be provided from the back office as needed. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: uf0b7 Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. uf0b7 Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. uf0b7 Establish short-term and long-term sales objectives in alignment with the companyu2019s goals. uf0b7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Agent/Distribution and sales territory Network: uf0b7 Evaluate existing Agents/Distribution network, performance manage the network if required. uf0b7 Onboard new agents/distributors, provide product training and support with client visits. uf0b7 Identify opportunities to upsell with the other GMM Pfaudler product lines. Team Leadership & Management: uf0b7 As the region grows to Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales managers. uf0b7 Monitor individual and team performance. uf0b7 Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members. Operational Oversight: uf0b7 Oversee sales operations, including CRM systems, reporting, and forecasting. uf0b7 Monitor sales metrics and generate regular performance reports for senior leadership. uf0b7 Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Revenue Growth: uf0b7 Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base. uf0b7 Optimize pricing strategies and sales processes to maximize profitability. uf0b7 Proactively address challenges or obstacles to achieving revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills: uf0b7 Education: Engineering background, MBA preferred but not essential. uf0b7 Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, with 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position. uf0b7 Skills: o Strong leadership and team management abilities. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. o In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
