Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ?? El Cajon, San Diego, CA We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in El Cajon, CA. Position Responsibilities + Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans + Monitor client progress and adjust therapy as needed + Maintain accurate and timely documentation + Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families as appropriate + Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive setting ? Qualifications + Active California SLP license (required) + Masteru2019s degree in Speech-Language Pathology + CCC-SLP preferred (or Clinical Fellow welcome, if applicable) + Strong communication and organizational skills + Passion for patient-centered care ??
