Architectural Designer - Cleveland area, Ohio - JOB 26-00095Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with BenefitsThe Project Designer II supports project teams by developing architectural drawings from schematic design through full construction documents. Working under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager, this role requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilitiesu2022 Organize, set up, and develop architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.u2022 Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of deliverables.u2022 Coordinate and communicate with clients and consultants as required.u2022 Attend project meetings, document meeting outcomes, and assist with construction administration activities.u2022 Assist with the preparation of graphic and presentation materials.u2022 Support and, when assigned, oversee Interns assisting with project drawings.u2022 Adhere to standards, including drafting and graphic standards, folder organization, and file naming conventions.u2022 Move efficiently through multiple projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Qualificationsu2022 Graduate of an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program meeting NCARB licensing criteria.u2022 3--6 years of professional experience in commercial, residential, or senior living architecture.u2022 Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.u2022 Strong understanding of building systems, construction assembly types, and architectural materials and products.u2022 Working knowledge of accessibility standards, building codes, green building criteria, and CSI formats.u2022 Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.u2022 Self-motivated problem solver with strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.u2022 Ability to work quickly, thoroughly, and collaboratively within a team environment.u2022 Interest in developing construction administration experience.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
