Work involves planning, controlling, directing, and implementing development projects; providing leadership to project staff throughout the systems development life cycle; and ensuring effective utilization of hardware, software, personnel, and other resources in meeting goals. Assigned projects will require use of a COTS integrated tax processing software package. Excellent networking skills will be utilized to meet with business team members to discuss requests for customization and determine the feasibility, detailed requirements, and the priority for each request for new development or enhancements to the PATH system.
