Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Customer Purchase Journey

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical, in the CPJ product team. In this role, you will work on Amazon's product suite that models transportation and regional capabilities of all items, offers, sellers, and destinations accurately, authoritatively, and completely for all Amazon marketplaces. The product vision is to exponentially simplify the ability for Amazon businesses and its partners to support regionally-contextual initiatives and to enable a customer experience that allows for a seamless shopping experience, from product discovery to purchase, based on their location, program eligibility, and delivery options. As Sr. Product Manager -Technical, you are the end-to-end owner of your product's vision, strategy, and execution. You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, and other product owners. You will support day-to-day product development from design through to release. Your product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria. You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules. You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities, and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships. You represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Product Manager-Technical in the CPJ Products team, you will lead both front-end and back-end product areas across the purchase journey. Key responsibilities include: Be the voice of the customer - you are in the driveru2019s seat for steering the end-to-end vision across product areas using the working backwards processes and supporting AB experimentation mechanisms. Define and improve metrics to gain insight into the customer experience and track progress towards goals. Influence tech partners to ensure our architectural decisions align with customer needs. Partner with teams like Delivery Experience, Quick Commerce, Grocery, Prime, SCOT. Fulfillment, Returns and Refunds, Customer Service (and more) to deliver on your roadmap. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
