Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (SurfaceMount Technology) electronic products. As we build our operations from the ground up, were looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our founding team and help shape a dynamic, people-first workplaceAs ourbilingual HR Generalist, youll play a pivotal role in building and managing our HR infrastructure. Youll be responsible for implementing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company from its earliest stages and make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to a manufacturing environment.- Manage full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on SMT technicians and production line staffing needs.- Administer compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, and payroll processing.- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth, especially in manufacturing processes and quality management.- Ensure compliance with federal and Texas labor laws, OSHA, and company policies- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures- Establish and maintain a personnel data management system that ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.- Support early-stage HR planning for the factory setup, including organizational structure design and workforce budgeting.- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Production departments to provide strategic HR support and recommendations.Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and HR best practices- Experience with recruiting technical and production roles is a plus- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environmentApply now by sending your resume and a brief cover letter to with the subject line:HR Generalist Application - Fort Worth.Benefits:- 401(k)- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Paid time off- Vision insuranceEducation:- Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:- Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)Language:- English and Chinese (Preferred)Ability to Commute:- Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Required)Work Location: In person
