Job Description PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO APPLYING: + The following Oracle US Hub locations are STRONGLY PREFERRED: Denver, Chicago, Nashville, Austin, Boston + This is a flex role with selected candidates IN OFFICE 2-3 days each week + Travel is approximately 25% Role Overview The Customer Success (CS) Presales team supports the Direct Sales Organization in maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while ensuring a smooth path to a successful implementation led by the CS Delivery organization. CS Advisors provide product, implementation, and industry thought leadership during the sales cycle by identifying a prospectu2019s business objectives and aligning them to SuiteSuccess solutions. This includes scoping, estimating, documenting, and presenting the proposed implementation strategy. This individual contributor role works closely with prospectsu2019 C-level leaders as well as Oracle NetSuite Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Sales Leadership. The Customer Success Advisor leverages their consulting and implementation experience to support a wide variety of deals across CPG and Manufacturing industries. Advisors are expected to participate in team initiatives and contribute to ongoing operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Presales Leadership & Deal Strategy u2022 Support Sales, SCs, and Delivery resources across a broad range of presales engagements. u2022 Articulate SuiteSuccess methodology and position value to prospects and internal teams. u2022 Translate customer processes and objectives into accurate scope, estimates, SKUs, and Statements of Work. u2022 Deliver tailored solution presentations and value propositions to executive and operational stakeholders. u2022 Manage objections, scope alignment, risks, and deal handoffs. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation throughout deal cycles. u2022 Provide structured knowledge transfer to Delivery teams to support implementation success. Industry, Product, & Competitive Expertise u2022 Build and deepen industry acumen in Software. u2022 Contribute to industry-specific content, competitive insights, and CS thought leadership. u2022 Expand functional understanding across additional NetSuite modules (NSAW, NSPB, SuitePeople, eCommerce, NSIP, etc.). u2022 Stay informed on competitive trends and evolving customer needs. Coaching, Mentoring & Cross-Functional Collaboration u2022 Support peer development by sharing best practices and teachable insights. u2022 Collaborate closely with CS Vertical Leads, Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects to align strategy. u2022 Provide advisory support during early implementation phases when required. Process & Team Improvements u2022 Participate in CS process improvement initiatives. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve presales efficiency, deal quality, and cross-team alignment. u2022 Conduct and contribute to lessons-learned sessions; share insights broadly. u2022 Support creation of standardized approaches for scoping, estimating, and contracting. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. u2022 4u20137 years of consulting, implementation, or project management experience in technology. u2022 2u20134 years of hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP implementation experience (or equivalent expertise). u2022 Consulting experience in the Software Industry strongly preferred u2022 Strong communication, influencing, and customer-facing presentation skills. u2022 Ability to proactively identify challenges and propose solutions. u2022 Demonstrated collaboration and cross-functional partnership. u2022 Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple deals. u2022 Flexibility for remote / hybrid work environments. u2022 Ability to travel up to 25%. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
