Psychiatric / Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)Part-Time Assisted Living SettingSouth Indianapolis / Greenwood, INStaffing Care Pro is partnering with a growing assisted living provider in the South Indianapolis / Greenwood area to identify apart-time Nurse Practitionerwith mental health expertise or a strong interest in behavioral health and dementia specialty care.This is an excellent opportunity for an NP seekingflexible, part-time workin a supportive assisted living environment, focused on improving quality of life for residents through thoughtful mental health and medication management.Position Highlights- Part-time schedule with flexibility- Assisted living setting (no hospital shifts)- Focus on mental health, dementia, and geriatric care- Collaborative care model with facility staff and leadershipResponsibilities- Provide psychiatric/mental health assessment and ongoing management for AL residents- Support dementia care, behavioral health needs, and medication management- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust treatment plans- Document care in accordance with regulatory and facility standards- Serve as a clinical resource to staff and families as neededQualifications- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana- Psychiatric/Mental Health NP (PMHNP) preferred, but NPs with strong mental health or dementia experience encouraged to apply- Experience in geriatrics, assisted living, memory care, or behavioral health strongly preferred- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skillsCompensation- $55-$75 per hour, depending on experience- Part-time, flexible schedulingLocation- South Indianapolis / Greenwood, IN (assisted living setting)Interested candidatesare encouraged to apply or reach out directly for more details.For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
