Job Description WGL - Executive Administrator Join a highu2011performing team at the center of WGLu2019s financial governance, reporting, and operational excellence. Weu2019re seeking a proactive, detailu2011oriented Executive Administrative Partner to support the Vice President & Controller and their leadership team in Springfield, VA. You Will: + Manage complex calendars, anticipate conflicts, and adjust quickly to changes + Monitor deadlines, flag potential issues early, and ensure priorities are met + Prepare reports, handle data entry, and manage invoices and expense reports + Arrange business travel and organize offsite meetings and workshops + Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and slide decks + Support broader leadership team and cross-functional initiatives as the role evolves You Have: + 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience (7u201310 years preferred) + Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism + Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities + Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and acts decisively + Adaptable and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment + Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering accurate work without follow-up Why Join Us?
