Immediately hiring a Welder/Fabricator in Philadelphia, PA ufeffShift/Pay: 5 Days a week 7:00AM - 3:30PM @ Monday-Friday Pay $22 Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder responsible for precision welding of stainless steel components, primarily using the TIG process. This role supports the fabrication of custom industrial and commercial equipment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and adherence to engineering specifications. Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Position We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator with strong TIG welding skills to support the production of highu2011quality industrial equipment and custom components. This role is ideal for a detailu2011oriented welder who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and safety. What Youu2019ll Do + Perform highu2011precision TIG welding on stainless steel components. + Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, engineering drawings , and verbal instructions. + Complete tack welds and full welds in multiple positions (flat, vertical, etc.). + Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and accuracy. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times. What Weu2019re Looking For + 2+ years of TIG welding experience , specifically with stainless steel. + Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and weld callouts. + Experience welding lightu2011gauge stainless steel (14u201318 gauge) . + Must pass an internal welding test and provide personal PPE (helmet, gloves, basic tools). + Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastu2011paced production environment. Preferred Experience + Experience in fabrication, sheet metal work, and equipment assembly . + Proficiency in reading complex mechanical and fabrication drawings.
