This role is responsible for performing and maintaining all facets of warehouse operations, including order picking, kitting, inventory management, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial warehouse setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:- Use RF scanners for order picking and kitting steel and component parts specific to jobs.- Process warehouse parts into inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies found during cycle counts.- Organize parts for efficient stocking and restock production lines as needed.- Prepare products for domestic and international shipping, including crating, shrink-wrapping, banding, and processing shipping paperwork.- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.- Count and verify shipping contents for accuracy and damage.- Run and manage daily reports as directed by the supervisor.- Assist in training new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Lean activities.- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.- Communicate effectively via email and in person to address issues and support team goals.- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to the work environment.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Prior warehouse receiving experience, preferably in an industrial setting.- Experience with ERP systems preferred.- Forklift certification preferred; certification process provided.- Ability to safely operate strapping/banding equipment.- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.- Good math and communication skills.- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English without interpreter assistance.- Flexible to work overtime as needed.- Highly motivated with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a Return We Offer You- Hourly pay range of $21.00-23.00 DOE- Comprehensive Benefits Package:```{=html}```- - Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, ADD, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, ESST.
