Litigation Paralegal

Description Robert Half is working with an established law firm that is seeking an Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation matters, with a demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads and tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: + Assist attorneys with case preparation, from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings + Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and correspondence + Coordinate and manage document production and eDiscovery processes + Perform research, organize facts, and summarize findings for attorney review + Prepare deposition and trial binders; schedule depositions and witness interviews + Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence using document management systems + Liaise with courts, clients, and opposing counsel + Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules Requirements + Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or equivalent experience + Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department + In-depth knowledge of state and federal court rules, civil procedures, and e-filing systems + Strong research, analytical, and communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
