As an Audit Lead, you will be within PNCu2019s Internal Audit organization, supporting the Compliance Audit team supporting Corporate & Institutional Banking, Treasury Management, Swap Dealer & Broker Dealer. Job Description + Independently assists in financial, compliance, and/or operational audit reviews, including the evaluation of design and operating effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks; possesses data literacy/visualization to perform data analysis; independently identifies and communicates audit findings to audit management. + Independently prepares work papers to support audit assignments with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and accurate manner; demonstrates clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation. + Independently understands internal audit procedures and practices, inclusive of dynamic audit principles, to support effective and timely delivery of the organization's mission and services while developing and maintaining productive, consultative, and collaborative client and team relationships. + Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement by seeking feedback, embracing change, and showing persistence in acquiring knowledge and skills. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,000.00 u2013 $105,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
