This position requires work to be completed onsite,at a designated campus work location. Applicants for this position willbe considered for the following titles: Assistant Professor (CHS),Associate Professor (CHS), Professor (CHS). The title is determined bythe experience and qualifications of the finalist. This vacancy is beingannounced simultaneously with JR#10004476; please note that only onevacancy exists. Having two job postings allows the School of Medicineand Public Health to consider candidates on both the CHS and CT tracks.This position will be a dual appointment with UW Madison and UW MedicalFoundation. This position has been identified as a position of trustwith access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will berequired to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible foremployment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years. Thedepartment will not be able to support a request for a J-1 waiver.
