This role isresponsible for coordinating complex clinical, academic, andadministrative functions, as well as managing faculty communications,meeting planning, and domestic and international travel. TheAdministrative Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring seamlessoperations that support the clinical, educational, research, andadvocacy missions of the division, with particular attention to thesensitive, multidisciplinary, and time-critical work of child protectionservices. In addition, this position supervises a team of administrativestaff and oversees workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion ofteaching, research, clinical, administrative, and professional societyactivities for staff and providers. Supervisory responsibilities includeperformance management, mentoring, training, and providing ongoingfeedback to foster professional growth and operational excellence. Thisposition may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at adesignated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, atan offsite, non-campus work location. Candidates who demonstrate thefollowing knowledge, skills, and abilities will be given firstconsideration. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with theability to motivate, support, and guide team members.
