Why we needyou: In this role, you will apply technical skills to assist inresolving commissioning challenges and complete tasks assigned,including developing and implementing commissioning process deliveryplans based on information set forth in owner's project requirements,basis of design, design and construction documents, as well asinformation gathered from users and project partners. Expertise of ourmost successful Commissioning Specialist: Relevant experience in HVAC,mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design orconstruction. General knowledge in at least one discipline area such asfire protection, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing/piping, electrical,technology, instrumentation and controls, process or lighting systems.Experience in computer operation and ability to learn engineeringcalculation programs, computer-aided drafting/BIM software for thepurpose accessing and interpreting design requirements. Valid driver'slicense and state required vehicle insurance. Technical or AssociateDegree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architecturaldesign or construction engineering from an accredited technicalinstitution or college.
