Responsibilities TheRelationship Banker develops and cultivates long-term clientrelationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financialsolutions for their clients. Relationship Bankers are responsible forretaining and deepening existing client relationships throughcross-selling, establishing new banking relationships, referring clientsto product partners (e.g., Mortgage, Investments, Small Business,Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Private Banking, WealthManagement, Commercial), educating clients on digital solutions,providing account servicing and maintenance, effectively resolvingclient servicing issues, and processing. Relationship Bankers are activein their communities through outreach efforts and through service withcommunity organizations. Salary Range The salary range for this positionis $17.00/Hr. - $29.75/Hr.. Final compensation will be determined bylocation, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level atwhich the position is filled. Key Accountabilities Develop and growclient and prospective client relationships Consults withclients/prospective clients over the lifecycle of the relationship touncover needs, educate, and advise on product and service alternativesthat align with the client's financial objectives.
