WhyYou'll Love This Role We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenSenior Manager to lead GTM Alliances efforts, focusing on drivingco-sell motions with selected Technical Alliances partners in theSecurity, ITOps, and AI/ML sectors. As an individual contributor, youwill focus on fostering relationships with strategic partners to achievemeasurable results, including increased revenue, market share, anddeeper engagement within the Channel ecosystem. Reporting directly tothe Director, GTM Alliances, this position requires close collaborationwith cross-functional teams, including Product, Revenue, SolutionEngineering, and Market leadership, to build channel-ready GTMstrategies. Additionally, you will work alongside Cribl's regionalsales and channel & alliances teams to scale partnership impact acrossCribl's global ecosystem. The ideal candidate has extensive experiencebuilding scalable co-sell partnerships, driving sales through thechannel, and achieving revenue growth through effective ecosystemstrategies. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... EcosystemPartner Management: Develop and maintain senior-level relationships withstrategic partners (security, ITOps, AI/ML) to drive joint channel-ledrevenue opportunities globally. Create and execute regionalstrategies for each partner, including business planning, channelco-sell motions, and enablement initiatives. Develop GTM plays withTech Alliances that can be executed by Cribl's global channel partnersto drive more customer value, develop more sales opportunities, andscale Cribl's brand. Drive GTM tactical business plans with selectedpartners. Revenue Growth: Your success will be tied to the impact theAlliances partners have on driving partner-sourced revenue andaccelerating the adoption and growth of Cribl through the channel. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Field Marketing, SalesOperations, Channel) to generate demand activities that empower ourChannel Partners through our Tech Alliances. Go-To-Market Planningand Execution: Co-develop and execute joint GTM plans, includingcampaigns, field engagements, and joint events focused on partner-ledsales. Partner with Partner Marketing and Alliances teams to designinitiatives that increase Cribl's market awareness and adoption throughstrategic channel and ecosystem partnerships. Ecosystem Strategy andInnovation: Identify and evaluate new strategic partners that align withCribl's business objectives and technological vision. Stay informedon industry trends and competitive intelligence to guide partnershipstrategies and priorities.
