This AX role is strategic, high-pressure, multi-disciplinary and requires deep commercial acumen, technical fluency, and enterpriseu2011level orchestration. AX for this hyperscaler account is responsible to: + Own revenue: build, negotiate, and close all commercial Meta deals. + Be Metau2019s business leader: drive relationships, escalations, and executive alignment. + Ensure flawless execution: Quarter close, PO flow, Emulation rack installs coordination, licensing, legal, and c ross u2011functional delivery. + Protect and grow Cadenceu2019s strategic footprint through competitive awareness and technical alignment. + Forecast accurately, plan capacity, and ensure contract performance. Position Requirements: Education MS or BS Degree in EE. o 7+ years of professional experience in the electronic design environment.o 5+ years of experience in pre-sales roles o Must be comfortable in a technical setting and have an understanding of EDA tools, IP, Systems/PCB/IC design and the semiconductor manufacturing eco-systemo Must have ability to call u201chighu201d (Executive and Engineering Management) and help drive multi-million dollar, complex sales campaigns. o Deep understanding of electronics systems and IC software design processes relevant to Focus Accountso A proven track-record demonstrating ability to identify and understand customer pain-points and the ability to communicate this to a broad range of technical and non-technical persons.o Understand the practical challenges and ability to work around the demands of a Semiconductor customerso Knowledge of the complete sales process, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with engineering and financial staff at all levels.o A background successfully managing conflicting priorities and driving results.
