Description Salary Range: $75,000 u2013 95,000 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Professional Practice RM Associate is responsible for managing, originating, and underwriting assigned and new professional practice relationships in their designated market area. This position is also responsible for cross-selling and developing core deposits and cash management products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Manage existing professional practice commercial banking relationships. To primarily include dental, veterinarian, and medical practices. + Prospect assigned market utilizing a defined Sales Plan and participating in community affairs and industry related events. + Meet with Bank Clients and Prospects to grow business, build relationships and leverage cross-selling opportunities. + Engage with COIu2019s via direct calling and networking activities. + Interview individuals and visit premises to understand the business practice. + Structure, analyze, and underwrite new credit requests. + Perform day-to-day support of the banku2019s Professional Practice clients through the following: + Initiate and follow up on customer communication and any service-related issues. + Research and resolve client loan and deposit issues and inquiries. + Provide technical support/troubleshooting for clients related to various bank services and systems including remote deposit, online banking, ACH, Merchant Services and ATM/debit cards. + Coordinate completion of the daily NSF reporting. + Maintain customer records in nCino, including deposit accounts and email tracking. + Coordinate the opening of new Professional Practice deposit accounts, Merchant Services relationships, and Cash Management opportunities. + Prepare Professional Practice Annual Reviews and Commercial Loan Approval Packages. + Review with/Submit to appropriate level of lending authority. + Coordinate with Credit Administration/Professional Practice Portfolio Associate to close the transactions + Manage, monitor and grow a portfolio of relationships to deepen total Banking relationship. + Active participation and demonstrating skills and abilities in the GRB Experience. SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: + Develop new core deposits, merchant services referrals, and residential mortgage opportunities. + Utilize the Professional Practice equipment loan program for additional loan opportunities. + Mentor the Customer Service staff at one of our Banking Offices. + Have a thorough knowledge of CRA and Compliance Policies. + Have a working knowledge of other Banking Policies. + Assist supervisor with assigned tasks. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Bacheloru2019s degree, (business-related discipline) and a minimum of 2 yearsu2019 sales and/or relationship management experience in Commercial Banking. outside professional sales and/or business development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. + Experience in the following is strongly desired: + Commercial Business Development + Commercial Loan Underwriting + Bank Office Operations COMPETENCIES: + Provide a remarkable client experience.
