Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Manager to join the Revelyst golf technology team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day performance, optimization, and execution of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) business across digital storefronts. This role is accountable for revenue growth, conversion performance, site merchandising, and operational excellence across the full customer journey, from acquisition to checkout to post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and highly executional, with strong cross-functional instincts and a bias toward action. This position reports to the Sr. Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing and is based out of our San Diego office. As the Sr. eCommerce Manager , you will have an opportunity to: Revenue & Performance Management + Own DTC revenue performance, forecasting, and weekly/monthly reporting. + Monitor and optimize key KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, and gross margin. + Identify revenue risks and growth opportunities through ongoing analysis. Site Management & Optimization + Manage day-to-day site operations across Shopify (or equivalent platform). + Own site merchandising: homepage, PDPs, collections, navigation, promotions. + Partner with CRO resources to continuously test and improve the conversion funnel. + Ensure site stability, speed, and QA across devices and browsers. Product & Merchandising Execution + Lead product launches, pricing updates, promotions, and lifecycle management. + Coordinate inventory availability, preorder logic, and sell-through pacing. + Maintain best-in-class PDP content (copy, imagery, video, FAQs, comparison tables). Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration + Partner closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Creative teams. + Align onsite experience with paid media, email/SMS, affiliate, and SEO strategies. + Support promotional planning and campaign execution tied to revenue targets. Analytics & Reporting + Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership. + Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. + Ensure clean tracking and analytics implementation (GA4, platform analytics, etc.). Operations & Customer Experience + Collaborate with CX, Fulfillment, and Finance on returns, refunds, and order issues. + Support improvements to post-purchase experience and retention. + Ensure policies (shipping, returns, promotions) are clearly communicated onsite. You have: + 4u20137+ years experience in eCommerce, DTC, or digital merchandising roles. + Hands-on experience managing a Shopify (or similar) storefront. + Strong analytical skills with comfort owning revenue and performance metrics. + Proven ability to execute in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You may have: + Experience in consumer goods, durable goods, or high-AOV products. + Familiarity with CRO frameworks, A/B testing, and experimentation tools. + Experience working with performance marketing and CRM teams. + Comfort working with inventory, forecasting, and margin considerations. #LI-KK1 Pay Range: Annual Salary: $145,000.00 - $151,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
