Job Overview:Join our dynamic marketing team as a Brand Manager at Qualcomm, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping, evolving, andmanaging brandidentity. This position requires a strategic thinker whothrives in a fast-pacedcollaborativeenvironmentand is committed toachievingbrand excellence across all company touchpoints.Brandstrategy:- Support data-informed brand identity transformations through conducting comprehensive market research, audits, and competitive analysis, while collaborating closely with creative teams and external agencies.- Guideinternalteamsin thedevelopment ofnames for new productsand programs, ensuring alignment with Qualcomms overallbrandarchitecture and namingstrategy.Brandmanagement and development:- Overseefoundationalbrand assetdevelopment process from creative briefing, stakeholder management, project management to approvalsand communications.- Manage project budgets and resources to ensuretimelyand cost-effective delivery- Partner with agencies and in-house teams to drive creative excellence and operationalefficiencies.- Developproject plans that ensurecritical milestones are metefficiently without sacrificing quality.- Ensure brand guidelines stay current and reflect brand changes- Manageand lead brand trainings, presenting guidance tocross-functionalteamsand agenciesBrand Governance:- Champion brand consistency, working collaboratively with functional teamsensuring thatmarketing materials adhere to the brand guidelines, globally.- Providebrand guidance and strategic support to all internal teamsand agencies,fostering a strong brand advocacy culture within the organization.- Share regular brand updates with internal teamsandagencies throughnewslettersandtrainings.This is a highly collaborative position and requires the ability to communicate openlyandrespectfully,with individuals inside and across other teams. This candidate will needboth flexibility andfocustorespond topriorities across a diverse set of audiences.This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work pleted advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masters = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree andminimum10+ years of experience in Brand or Marketing related fields- Strong understanding ofbrandvalueandbrandconceptsincludingprinciples,positioningarchitecture,naming,identityandgovernanceandexperienceimplementingthem in a dynamic and global company.- Ability toidentifywhethercreative ismeeting brandstandards and guidelines- Strategic and analytic thinkerwith the ability to bringnew ideasto the table- Professional presence and ability to work with all levels of the organization- Ability tocomprehendand apply research findings to inform recommendations.- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational abilities and experience in managing creative agencies- Strong knowledge of creative developmentprocessfrom briefing to file types- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,includingactive listening abilities- StrongPowerPoint andpresentation skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with global teammates in multiple regions- ExperienceleveragingAItoolsforresearchand creative development- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and within teams.- Basic production skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator::: {style=
