Project Architect - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 26-00099Salary Range: $80K - $100K Permanent Position with BenefitsRequirements:u2022 Graduate of an accredited Bachelors or Master's Degree program that meets NCARB licensing criteriau2022 6+ years of experience in commercial, residential or senior living architecture.u2022 Possesses an active architectural license in USu2022 Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.u2022 Excellent knowledge of building systems and construction assembly types.u2022 Self-motivated problem solver with excellent listening skills.u2022 Strong communication and organizational skills.u2022 Be able to move through projects and tasks quickly and thoroughly.u2022 Experience with construction administration.u2022 Be able to perform a thorough code review at the beginning of each project.u2022 Strong understanding of accessibility standards, building code requirements, green criteria, and CSI.u2022 Solid understanding of architectural materials and products.u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with team members.u2022 Effectively communicate with clients and consultants.u2022 Excellent time management skills.u2022 Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.Job Description:u2022 The Project Architect will be responsible for organizing and setting up drawings and taking the drawings from schematic to a full set of construction documents under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.u2022 Depending on the project size and availability of staff, the Project Architect may be assigned an Intern to assist with drawings.u2022 Expected to communicate with clients and consultants.u2022 The Project Architect will be expected to attend project meetings, document meetings, and assist in handling construction administration for a project.u2022 Assist with graphic presentation materials.u2022 Adhere to standards, including, but not limited to, drafting and graphic standards, folder organization, file naming, etc.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
