Working from the office 2 days a week will be required. Candidates must reside within driving distance of SOHO in NYC, Chicago or Hartford, CT. Aetna Marketing is seeking a Manager, Marketing AI Activation (PMO) to support the execution, governance, and scaling of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies and initiatives within the Aetna Marketing organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Marketing AI Activation function, reporting to the Lead Director, Marketing AI Activation. The AI Activation PMO will help establish and manage governance, prioritization, execution, measurement, and communication of AI initiatives and usage within the Aetna marketing organization. This individual will play a critical role in building and maintaining the AI initiatives inventory and roadmap, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting responsible AI governance processes, and enabling executive-level visibility into progress, impact, and risk. Key Responsibilities AI Program & Portfolio Management u2022 Build and maintain a centralized inventory of AI initiatives across Aetna Marketing. u2022 Maintain and operationalize a rolling AI roadmap aligned to marketing priorities and enterprise goals. u2022 Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of new AI use cases. u2022 Track initiative status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. Program Execution & Delivery u2022 Coordinate the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from intake through deployment. u2022 Facilitate alignment across marketing, compliance, legal, data, and technology teams. u2022 Support vendor onboarding and contract coordination. u2022 Ensure consistent project documentation and post-implementation reviews. Responsible AI Governance & Compliance u2022 Partner with enterprise AI governance, compliance, and legal teams. u2022 Operationalize governance workflows and review checkpoints. u2022 Support risk assessments and third-party evaluations. u2022 Maintain audit-ready documentation. Performance Measurement & Reporting u2022 Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs, adoption, and business impact. u2022 Analyze trends to inform prioritization and optimization. u2022 Support executive-level scorecards and updates. Executive & Stakeholder Communication u2022 Support executive presentations and leadership updates. u2022 Build clear narratives on AI value, risks, and progress. u2022 Ensure transparency and consistent messaging. Cross-Functional Collaboration u2022 Act as a connective layer across marketing, martech, data science, IT, and governance teams. u2022 Facilitate working sessions and steering forums. Required Qualifications u2022 5-7+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or technology delivery. u2022 Experience managing project meetings, dashboards, and request pipelines. u2022 Strong organizational and communication skills. u2022 Experience preparing executive-facing materials. Preferred Qualifications u2022 3+ years managing cross-functional projects or initiatives u2022 Solid understanding of AI technologies, responsible AI principles, and risk management frameworks. u2022 Experience with AI platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g., Workfront, Power Automate, Google VertexAI, Microsoft CoPilot, Writer.ai), and data visualization/reporting. u2022 Experience documenting and or developing AI use cases u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field. u2022 Experience in healthcare, retail, or regulated industries. u2022 Certification in agile methodology, project management, or related discipline Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
