Audio Video Service Field Technician

DescriptionAs a Service Field Technician, you will work in the field diagnosing and repairing commercial AV systems, applying your hands-on experience with AV, low-voltage, or electronics service work to ensure systems operate at peak performance.- Respond to service tickets and client requests to diagnose, repair, or reprogram AV systems- Travel to client sites daily to provide hands-on support- Troubleshoot systems using diagnostic tools, signal tracing, and control system interfaces- Collaborate with the Customer Care Dispatch team to prioritize and complete work orders- Complete accurate documentation for service tickets, client communication, and parts usedQualifications:- Prior experience installing or servicing commercial AV, low-voltage, or electronic control systems- Familiarity with signal flow, diagnostic tools, and basic AV wiring practices- Experience with service tickets and job tracking tools (e.g., CRM or field service platforms)- Communication skills to explain issues and resolutions to clients- Ability to climb ladders, carry equipment, and travel between job sites with flexibility- Employer conducts: Drug Testing/Screening, Background Checks,Reference Checks,Motor Vehicle Record CheckCompensation:We offercompetitive benefits including medical, dental, short term disability and life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), 401K with matching fund, and opportunities for advancement.
