Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have CVOR experience u2022 Working knowledge of word processing, data management, email, and presentation applications. [Required] u2022 Effective professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. [Required] u2022 Knowledge of the American Nurses Association (ANA)/Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) scope and standards for Nursing Professional Development [Required] u2022 Self-directed, creative, and demonstrates initiative to fulfill the seven roles of the NPD practitioner: learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion for inquiry, advocate for the NPD specialty and partner for practice transitions. [Preferred] u2022 Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, OSHA) for professional specialty served.
