The iconic Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans, _The Roosevelt_ , is seeking a Full-Time Pastry Cook to join the team A Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and executing pastry and dessert items to support an excellent Guest and Member experience, while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. What will I be doing? As a Pastry Cook, you will work under the direction of the Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef to support daily pastry operations. You will assist with production, preparation, and presentation of desserts and baked goods while ensuring all items meet established quality and safety standards.
