Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Product Owner serves as the administrator and strategic owner of the Sales Enablement library materials within the HighSpot Platform. This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving the platform's architecture, ensuring content is discoverable and effectively promoted, and driving platform adoption through training and coaching of content owners. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders including business partners, content strategists, sales enablement, and the MarketPoint training team to ensure a consistent user experience, branding, permissions model, and measurable business outcomes. The Senior Professional, Field/Sales Marketing plans and organizes local marketing and sales programs. Acts as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. Gathers and reports customer intelligence to sales teams. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving the platform's architecture, ensuring content is discoverable and effectively promoted, and driving platform adoption through training and coaching of content owners. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders including business partners, content strategists, sales enablement, and the MarketPoint training team to ensure a consistent user experience, branding, permissions model, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Governance + Serve as the primary administrator for Sales Enablement Library materials within HighSpot, including organizing, maintaining, and governing content. + Establish and maintain content governance standards, including taxonomy, naming conventions, content lifecycle management, and quality controls. + Ensure platform configuration supports business needs, including permissions setup, access models, and content visibility rules. Stakeholder & Relationship Management + Manage key relationships with business partners to align platform execution to business outcomes (e.g., adoption, engagement, campaign performance, readiness). + Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders to prioritize requests, align timelines, and ensure delivery of platform improvements. Enablement, Training & Coaching + Train and coach content owners on platform capabilities and best practices (e.g., posting, tagging, structuring pages, leveraging promotion features). + Provide guidance on effective content usage to maximize engagement and adoption within the agent audience. + Develop quick-reference resources and repeatable processes to support ongoing content contributor success. Content Strategy, Promotion & Placement + Partner with content strategists and creative vendors to plan promotion and placement of content on HighSpot. + Recommend and execute strategies that improve visibility and engagement (e.g., featured content, campaign pages, targeted placement). + Coordinate promotion calendars and content launches aligned to field initiatives and business priorities. Cross-Team Collaboration (MarketPoint Training Alignment) + Collaborate with the MarketPoint training team to ensure consistent branding, shared architecture principles, and aligned permissions across training spots in the platform. + Ensure enablement and training experiences feel unified and consistent to end users while meeting distinct business needs. Required Qualifications + 3+ Experience administering or managing a sales enablement, learning, or content platform (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, LMS, intranet, DAM). + Bachelors degree (marketing, computer science, related field) + Strong understanding of information architecture (taxonomy, tagging, navigation, metadata strategy). + Proven ability to train and influence content contributors and business partners through coaching and enablement. + Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in content governance and consistency. + Experience collaborating cross-functionally with training teams, marketing/content strategists, and creative partners/vendors. Preferred Qualifications (optional) + Familiarity with sales enablement workflows and field communications best practices. + 3+ years of experience building or maintaining permissions models and access governance for large audiences. + Comfort using analytics to assess platform performance and inform improvements. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
