Launch Readiness Manager

As the Launch Readiness Manager, you will work as part of our global team to ensure service readiness for new launches. You will act as the primary project leader responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of first of kind earlyu2011adopter initiatives that activate new products, services, and features for our customers. You will ensure each launch is executed effectively by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and strengthening processes. Partnering closely with business and regional teams, you will oversee structured project execution and accelerate issue resolution for new product introductions. Your role: + Process and program development for firstu2011mover activation and support. Coordinate and support crossu2011functional teams implementing new products, features, and capabilities across global markets. + Capture feedback from installations, training, and project activities to drive continuous process improvements. Update best practices to strengthen future first of kind execution. + Align and coordinate crossu2011functional teams to ensure unified and effective launch execution. Oversee resource allocation to make sure all teams are prepared for impactful launches. + Partner with our Bu00f6blingenu2011located launch manager and regional teams to support readiness efforts leveraging your co-location within the region. Ensure coordinated planning and smooth execution across regional stakeholders. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $100,380 to $160,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
