A $1.00/hour raise is also given within thefirst year of employment. To learn more about KI, please visitJob Duties: Read and follow schedule Ensure operators haveeverything needed Assist operators with questions regarding schedule,quality, ect.. Mix material as needed Assist with color changes Assistwith training of operators Maintain cleanliness throughout thedepartment Material handling within the department Regrinding of scrapClean color pails and maintain color pail area Make decisions regardingquality and other departmental decisions along with the ProcessSpecialist (Seek Process Manager advice when needed) Largely focused onOperator training and development.Must be willing to train and teachoperators. Provide Plastic's Process Manager and Process Specialistswith feedback regarding the operation of the shift as needed. .MinimumRequirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Value AddedSkills: Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience,but not required Team Player Computer knowledge Willingness to learnAbility to train on any shift Positive Attitude Physical Requirements:Working in areas where it can get warm Working in a smoke freeenvironment Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twistingand bending Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
