Under the direction of the Foreman,the Plant Helper/Operator will help operate, maintain, and repair theequipment used to produce asphalt mix for our paving operations whilelearning how to operate several types of related construction equipmentin a safe and efficient manner. Roles and Responsibilities: Follow allsafety requirements to maintain a safe work environment Maintain a cleanand orderly work site through shoveling, sweeping, and skid steeroperation.
