Job Summary The Senior Manager of HCP Marketing u2013 Rare Renal will report to the Director of HCP marketing and be an integral member of the launch team to support the company mission of defying limitation, so that others can too. This position has been designed for a marketer who will take on the responsibility of executing strategic and tactical launch initiatives. This role will create meaningful impact for patients, HCPs and other critical players in the nephrology/immunology and rare disease arena. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure successful execution in support of strategies fueling a new product launch. Job Description Key Responsibilities: + Partner with brand marketing team to coordinate activities and tactics across personal and non-personal promotion for a new product launch. + Support development and pull-through of core HCP messages in resources and promotional tactics u2013 including visual aids, emails, journal ads, additional field materials, speaker programs and congress materials + Establish relationship with the sales team to garner key insights and collaborate with sales training to ensure strong pull through of strategy + Assist in the development and execution of HCP omnichannel strategy and digital campaigns including website development, search, paid media, and social. Partner with insights and analytics as well as additional stakeholders on performance measurement plan and leadership reporting. + For the annual integrated strategic planning process, support the development of the broader vision and tactical planning with agencies and cross-functional partners. + Collaborate with stakeholder and cross-functional partners including medical, IT, PRC/MLR, insights and analytics, market access, operations, compliance, etc. + Become an expert on the marketplace and contribute to generate ideas and strategies based on external insight gathering (through market research, advisory boards, sales input/interactions, etc.). + Help manage key vendors, including media, digital, and medical communications agencies + Coordinate agency team members to drive completion of projects through PRC on-time and that they meet all regulatory guidelines, compliance standards and company policies + Work collaboratively with finance partners and ensure budget is managed appropriately Physical Demands and Work Environment + Travel (approximately 30 % ) Qualifications/ Required Knowledge/ Experience and Skills: Required: + BA/BS and 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience or related experience + Proven track record in nephrology and/or rare disease brands specifically within HCP marketing. + Strong influencing without authority and emotional intelligence skills; capable of working through ambiguity and thriving in a fast, high-pressure environment. + Proven advanced analytical skills, project management, and financial acumen skills. + Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and proven ability to drive efficiencies across a matrix team. + Ability to lead and drive external agencies and vendors Preferred: + Experience in launching brands or highly competitive therapeutic rare disease areas. + Previous experience in leading digital marketing & media projects. + Experience working on a product/s with a specialty pharmacy distribution. + Sales and/or sales training experience or market access experience. + MBA and/or advanced degree in marketing Competencies Accountability for Results - Stay focused on key strategic objectives, be accountable for high standards of performance, and take an active role in leading change. Minimum $150,034.00 - Maximum $224,250.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States.
