ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead the pursuit and kickoff of MEP-focused projects, helping shape technical solutions that support client goals and community impact.- Manage the full lifecycle of MEP projectsincluding planning, design execution, budget tracking, invoicing, and closeoutensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.- Drive internal innovation, participating on committees and contributing to ongoing improvements in MEP project management practices.- Lead multidisciplinary MEP project teams with autonomy, providing technical direction and ensuring collaboration across engineering disciplines.- Serve as the central point of contactfor both clients and internal teams, fostering clear communication and strong working relationships from start to finish.- Oversee a variety of projects, from standalone MEP systems to complex, integrated designs within larger architectural or infrastructure developments. QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING- Bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering required, a masters degree a plus- Degree emphasis on HVAC, electrical or plumbing design- 10+ years of previous consulting experience- PE license in Florida required- Prior plan production and project management experience required- Expert knowledge of technical project delivery in 1-2 disciplines with a focus on project management, high proficiency in ERP, and client communication- This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
