Qualifications u2022 Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Business Technology, or Computer Science. u2022 Strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization with effective communication skills. u2022 Basic understanding of technology infrastructure, security, privacy, and IT solutions. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support end users. u2022 Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
