THE JOB: Join our dynamic team as a Tech Utility, whereyou'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences bysetting up various elements such as chairs, bleachers, carpeting,portable flooring, hockey dashers, and ice-making setups. Your attentionto detail and ability to follow directives will contribute to the smoothoperation of our events, ensuring everything is in place for anoutstanding atmosphere. If you're eager to be part of a collaborativeenvironment and have a passion for event support, we'd love to have youon board STARTING PAY: $16.00 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Set chairs,bleachers, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making,etc. as directed Store equipment in pre-designated areas Perform minormaintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Maintainthe highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in thearena, convention spaces, public areas, offices, and other areas Keepsassigned areas clean of debris and removes trash, including emptying andcleaning ashtrays/urns and trashcans Keep all equipment properlymaintained, clean, and free of marks THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Prior workexperience related to setting up and taking down room set-ups withinbanquets, event halls or meeting services areas. Takes pride in theirwork. Looks forward to working with a team to provide positiveexperiences. Describes themselves as detail-oriented. Enjoys helpingothers and likes to make a good impression.
