Salary and Benefits:Competitive SalaryHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401KPaid Legal HolidaysPTOFocus on flexibility and independence with schedulingOpportunities for leadership and program developmentResponsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysisExperience:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans- Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionalsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $80,000-$110,000 per yearExpected hours: 10 - 40 per weekBCBAC1
