Global Maintenance Process Improvement Specialist

SUMMARY:Primary responsibilities are to coordinate and support the SAP maintenance activities of TIMET global facilities through the effective standardization, training and use of CMMS, identify OEE driven equipment reliability projects and initiate capital projects to improve safety, performance, automation and throughput.This includes, but is not limited to, evaluate, develop and improve predictive and preventive maintenance programs, lead rebuild/repair projects, storeroom inventory interface with SAP and standardized maintenance reporting metrics. Also includes assisting/leading facilities through FMEA’s, criticality analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and identifying maintenance bad actors.
