You will design innovative menus, manage food quality and presentation, and drive operational success through effective leadership and cost control. Your expertise will help shape a dynamic, high-performance kitchen team that embodies Levy’s passion for hospitality and excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environmentStrong proficiency in inventory management, menu development, and food costingServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and OutlookKey ResponsibilitiesLead culinary production for all dining outlets and premium experiencesMaintain Levy standards for recipe execution, presentation, and food safetyOversee menu design, seasonal updates, and special event coordinationDirect, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and consistencyCollaborate with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial goalsEnsure compliance with health, sanitation, and sustainability standardsDrive continuous culinary innovation aligned with venue events and clienteleCurious about Life at Levy?
