Overview Senior Manager II, Field MarketingSodexo Corporate Services | Remote (Northeast Region)Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Manager II, Field Marketing to play a critical role in elevating our food and workplace experiences across key corporate accounts. Incentives At Sodexo, you’ll have the opportunity to: Influence high-visibility corporate dining and workplace experiences Partner directly with senior operations leaders Blend creativity, analytics, and field execution in a role with real impact Grow your career with a global organization committed to innovation, inclusion, and sustainability What You'll Do As a senior member of the Field Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with the Vice President of Operations and regional operations leaders to ensure strong brand execution, compelling guest experiences, and measurable business results.Brand & Marketing LeadershipLead brand deployment across assigned accounts, ensuring consistency with Sodexo’s food and brand standardsBecome a subject matter expert in Modern Recipe and Kitchen Works marketing initiativesSupport café, catering, and brand refreshes to elevate the overall guest experienceCreative & Campaign ExecutionProvide hands-on creative support, including food photography, graphic design, signage, and interior design conceptsOwn execution and communication of Limited Time Offers (LTOs), ensuring flawless rollout in the fieldDevelop and publish a standardized regional marketing calendar that teams can easily executeTraining & EnablementTrain managers on Printable Plus for signage creation and in-store marketingEducate teams on how to effectively use digital marketing platforms to drive engagement and salesNew Openings & Catering GrowthSupport new site openings, serving as an active member of the opening marketing teamLead catering refresh initiatives, including CaterTrax menuing and promotionsDigital & Data-Driven MarketingDrive adoption and marketing of the Everyday App (POS and mobile ordering platform)Leverage 4site and Power BI dashboards to analyze performance, identify sales gaps, and uncover growth opportunitiesPartner with managers to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive revenueCollaboration & Field PartnershipMeet monthly with District Managers (DMs) and NCEs to prioritize sites needing marketing supportServe as a trusted marketing advisor to operations teams, balancing strategy with hands-on execution What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
