Now is your chance to join the Team and Raise The Bar!Job DescriptionThe Employee Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our Restaurants and Leaders to provide support regarding Crew concerns (e.g., allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations). This role focuses on conducting fair, unbiased, and consistent end-to-end investigations and providing support for performance management.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Promptly and objectively investigate Crew issues in collaboration with business partners and in alignment with the Company’s policies, procedures, and standards, including:Manage the end-to-end investigation process and assigned casework, following all documentation, reporting, and confidentiality standardsAnalyze and synthesize data to bring investigations to resolution, escalating as necessarySupport crisis situations in partnership with appropriate internal teamsAnalyze aggregate data to identify systemic issue trends and propose recommendations for reviewEnsure legal compliance and mediate claims from regulatory and/or administrative agenciesFacilitate performance management of Crew (e.g., coaching, feedback, and redirectives)Qualifications3+ years’ experience in human resources or employment complianceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceHigh sense of discretion with confidential, sensitive informationDetail-oriented, organized, and flexible for timely multi-project managementStrong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and WordPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a growth restaurant, customer, or retail CompanySHRM, PHR, or SPHR certificationAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Terms of UsePrivacy PolicyCandidate Privacy NoticeIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
