We are looking to add a Construction Manager to our Wisconsin team. You’ll work with Jacobs Construction Managers, Project Managers, Inspectors, and Engineers in addition to the Project Client and Contractors to deliver these projects. You will work with the prime consultant and the Owner to lead construction management on a variety of water and wastewater facility projects in the St Louis area. Here's what you'll need - Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in related field- At least 5 years’ experience of technical inspection work in a construction environment, specifically construction specifications, drawings, and documentation- Experience in municipal construction or related field- Experience with multiple trade inspection, construction and estimating- The physical ability to move around an active construction site- Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver results- Ability to develop interpersonal relationship building, resolve conflicts, and participate in diverse teams- Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt and learn on the jobIdeally You’ll Also Have:- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field- Professional Engineering (PE) license- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams- Experience in water and/or wastewater facility construction Posted Salary Range: Minimum 110,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 163,000.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
