These responsibilities include preparing monthly customer statement for client managers, cleanup and reporting of subledger activity, provides assistance on any day-to-day issues, as well as identification and resolution of data integrity issues. The Associate in this position must understand the underlying manual and system processes and the general ledger impact for assigned companies. The focus of this open position is on Accounts Receivable accounting and analysis.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Accounts Receivable accounting and analysis• Month-end Close• Company Analysis and Reporting• Account Reconciliation• Maintain data integrity• Assist the Senior Staff Accountant, Finance Manager and/or VP of Finance with any ad-hoc projectsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Two to three (2-3) years general ledger experience required (defined as: journal entries, account reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, GAAP accounting).• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel• Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook• J.D.
