Magnolia Avenue, Suite 600Orlando, FL 32803• Gift Advisor: Cultivate the interest and philanthropic engagement of donors giving up to $9,999.• Utilize the core process to identify, qualify, engage, solicit and steward donors for charitable investment in the mission.• Achieve an annual financial goal for fund development.• Facilitate hand-offs of highly qualified prospects to the leadership giving team as appropriate.• Annual Giving: Implement strategies to identify and attract new donors, to elevate sustained giving and to deepen relationships with existing donors to secure current revenue and to built a robust donor pipeline.• Oversee multi-channel annual giving campaigns, ensuring innovative approaches to donor segmentation, messaging, imaging, channel utilization and testing.• Utilize testing and analysis to continue to refine offerings and to ensure resource utilization is aligned with strategies that are best supporting acquisition, growth and sustainability.• Mid-Level Giving: Develop tailored strategies to engage mid-level donors and to agilely transition appropriate prospects to the leadership giving team when appropriate.• Employee Giving: Oversee the development and deployment of programs to facilitate the philanthropic investment of AdventHealth executives and employees.• Ensure alignment with strategic priorities.• Support the continued sustainability of the employee emergency fund.• Communications: Partner with foundation communications team to ensure brand-consistent messaging, powerful storytelling, compelling visuals in all donor-facing communications and appeals.• Collaborate to ensure promotion of annual giving initiatives across all channels.• Patient Data Integration: Utilize Protected Health Information allowable under HIPAA for fund development purposes to identify and engage prospective donors.• Business Intelligence: Leverage advanced analytics, business intelligence and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to identify trends, secure insights, inform priorities, measure outcomes, and provide actionable information to optimize strategy and performance. • Ensure access to tools and resources to support prospect research on individuals, corporations, foundations and other grantors.• Customer Service Leadership: Create a service-oriented environment that prioritizes collaboration, responsiveness and the success of internal teams.• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with foundation colleagues, particularly the leadership giving team, to facilitate appropriate hand-offs and to identify potential upgrade opportunities for annual donors.• Work in alignment with Marketing, Partnership, Community Impact, Strategic Planning and other areas of the organization to implement initiatives that align with organization’s overarching goals.• Performs other duties as assigned.• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms [Required]• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously and see projects through to completion. [Required]• Aptitude for program and project evaluation and process improvement. [Required]• Knowledge of rules around the compliant and ethical use of Protected Health Information for fund development purposes [Required]• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency in Excel. [Required]• Proficiency with data analytics and prospect research tools, vendors and applications, such as DonorSearch. [Required]• Experience with Blackbaud donor data management and analytics tools [Required]Education:• Bachelor's [Required]Field of Study:• in English, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Philanthropy or a related field.Work Experience:• 5+ years experience in fund development with a demonstrated track record of success within a sophisticated annual giving program [Required]Licenses and Certifications:• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) [Preferred]• Blackbaud Certified in Raiser's Edge - Professional (bCRE-Pro) [Preferred]Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - Range:$83,699.48 - $155,693.55This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
