You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the beverage offered to the clients is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of each serviceCommunicate daily expectations for each service to team membersAssist with event preparation, including setup coordination and opening proceduresEnsure concession stations adhere to company policies and sanitation protocolsAchieve sales goals as outlined in the client's contract and guidelinesImplement brand strategies and enhance show quality according to company standardsMaintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departmentsPreferred Qualifications:Minimum of Associate's Degree preferredTwo to four years concession and bar management experience is requiredComprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairingsRequires operations management experience with purchasing knowledgeExcellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office productsServSafe and TABC Certification RequiredCurious about Life at Levy?
