Rooted in wonder, elegance, and connection, we create moments that feel intentional, immersive, and memorable, reimagining what a night out can be.As Assistant Membership Manager, you support the execution of our membership program by overseeing application workflows, intake logistics, and day-to-day coordination. Working closely with the Head of Membership, you help ensure applications are reviewed thoughtfully, data is tracked accurately, and member-facing communications reflect care, clarity, and professionalism. In the absence of the Head of Membership, you act as the department lead, ensuring continuity, sound judgment, and a consistent member experience.This role balances administrative precision with a strong hospitality mindset. You play a key role in maintaining quality and pacing across the membership lifecycle while remaining visibly present with members, supporting relationship-building, assisting with introductions and orientations, and helping turn everyday interactions into meaningful moments of astonishment.Qualifications3-6 years of hospitality, membership, or relationship-driven experienceStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughExcellent written communication and judgmentAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCRM experience required (Peoplevine a plus)Discretion, professionalism, and a service-first mindsetWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
