Rooted in wonder, elegance, and connection, we create moments that feel intentional, immersive, and memorable, reimagining what a night out can be.As Assistant Membership Manager, you support the execution of our membership program by overseeing application workflows, intake logistics, and day-to-day coordination. Working closely with the Head of Membership, you help ensure applications are reviewed thoughtfully, data is tracked accurately, and member-facing communications reflect care, clarity, and professionalism. In the absence of the Head of Membership, you act as the department lead, ensuring continuity, sound judgment, and a consistent member experience.This role balances administrative precision with a strong hospitality mindset.
