We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI and ML-powered solutions in clean room solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in helping advertisers measure, analyze, and optimize their campaigns across Amazon Ads using advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights powered by ML models, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and ML engineering teams to build robust, AI-driven reporting products and predictive analytics capabilities. You will help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns through ML-powered insights, identify optimization opportunities using intelligent algorithms, and drive tangible business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures that process billions of impressions and conversions daily using ML pipelines, developing AI-powered recommendation systems for campaign optimization, and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Amazon is investing heavily in building a world class advertising business powered by best in class AI and ML technologies, and we are at the forefront of that explosive growth. They will possess: AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications in product development, including supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems Technical Proficiency: Experience working with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and AI-powered analytics platforms; ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and ML engineers AI Product Strategy: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration, define ML product requirements, and evaluate model performance and business impact Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging AI/ML insights to drive product strategy and customer outcomes Scalability Focus: Experience building ML solutions that process large-scale data and serve millions of users Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders, translate complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, data science, and ML teamsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement- Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
