Senior Manager - Digital Product

Responsibilities : • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for transportation, logistics management, and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with internal and customer needs. Define the product vision based on customer needs. Sell the product vision to all levels of Penske leadership to ensure prioritization and funding of the product. • Customer Engagement: Ensure customer focus by building strong relationships and embedding the voice of the customer in all aspects of product design, development, and delivery. • Use Case Prioritization & Requirements Definition: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize high-value use cases and translate them into meaningful, actionable product requirements. • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leadership, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and improve customer outcomes. • Operational Readiness & Adoption: Partner with regional teams to ensure service operations and digital adoption readiness for successful product deployment. • Development Engagement: Work side-by-side with developers and designers as part of a cross-functional team to define, prioritize, and deliver digital products that meet the needs and goals of the business. Mentor existing Product Managers on best practices for Product Management and Agile approaches. • Own the Product Release Process: Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (Communication, Customer Success, IT, PR) to ensure that product releases have comprehensive rollout plans to support the launch of new features. • Other projects as assigned by the Manager.
