ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions / Process ResponsibilitiesEnsures current, accurate, in-system guidance available in all modules, in English & SpanishCoordinates with module owners for guidance modifications to address feedback, defects and changesPlans use of additional guided activities and AI features to improve user experience through Journeys, Knowledge Management and Case Management toolsConfigures and maintain business processes, security and workflows for Help ModuleMaintain system documentation of moduleWorks with business to ensure system guidance is up to date as system enhancements are made across the Workday platformApplies understanding of available technical resources; selects most relevant, innovative options as solutionsCompletes testing and regression testing of updates, including bi-annual Workday releasesRe-processes / actively works to reengineer HR processes to leverage technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer-orientedEducation and Experience preferredBachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experienceExposure or experience with Workday HCMExperience in project management or planningBi-lingual Spanish strongly preferredKey Competencies preferred:Passionate about technology and automationProcess thinkerDemonstrate strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision by proactively planning tasks, managing priorities, and delivering high-quality results on scheduleStrong attention to detailAbility to thrive in an evolving start-up environmentSelf-motivated, independent thinkerAdaptable to changing processes and prioritiesPhysical and Other RequirementsFunction in a fast-paced, retail, office environmentAbility to use systems and analyze data onlineWork extended hours; sit for extended periods
